Cancellation policies

High season (25/12 – 10/01)

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.

The client will have to pay 50% of the price in advance when confirming the reservation.

Mid-high season (11/01 – 28/02)

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date. If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.

The client will have to pay 50% of the price in advance when confirming the reservation.

Mid and low season (1/03 – 24/12)

The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date. If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
